Draws may be sent out on usually a monthly basis, the 10 or 25th of the month. The crew is entitled to send home approximately 1/2 of what they have made (minus taxes or deductions) on roughly a monthly basis. These need to be coordinated with the Mate on board the vessel. Cash draws are given to the crew in town as well in between fishing trips. The final pay is based on the net proceeds of the catch. Once we receive final payment from our vendor, you will receive your final settlement.

Remember fishing is not a guaranteed venture but both Baranof and Courageous have been very consistent producers in the past. All the officers on board both the boats started out as processors--at the bottom of the ladder.

Again, the amount of effort invested is up to you. The harder you work and the longer you stick with it the greater the rewards will be.
